Anna O’Loughlin

Senior Physiotherapist

Anna is a seasoned physiotherapist with seven years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2017, she furthered her education with a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Trinity College Dublin in 2021.

Her diverse background includes roles in hospital, private practice, and community settings, as well as pitch-side sports physiotherapy. Anna’s expertise spans treating sports-related injuries, pre- and post-surgical orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and concussion management.

Certified in Level 1 and 2 Concussion Management through ABI New Zealand, Anna is also a concussion lecturer for Sports Medicine Masters students at Trinity College Dublin. Her involvement in concussion research underscores her commitment to evidence-based management across various trauma types.

With a focus on vestibular rehabilitation for balance disorders, dizziness, vertigo, and vestibular hypofunction, Anna employs a holistic approach to treatment. Combining manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise rehabilitation, she empowers her patients to achieve their goals, whether it’s climbing stairs without knee pain or running a marathon.

As a certified Pilates instructor, Anna integrates this modality into her practice, enhancing her patients’ recovery and performance. Outside of work, she remains active through running, swimming, gymnastics, dancing, and weightlifting.
