Elly is a Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people recover from injury, build confidence in their bodies, and return to the activities that matter most to them. She combines evidence-based care with a practical, compassionate and individualised approach to rehabilitation.
With more than six years of experience in football, Elly has worked across both men’s and women’s programs, supporting athletes through injury prevention, rehabilitation, return-to-play planning and concussion management. She previously served as Head Physiotherapist for Claremont Football Club’s Women’s program and currently works with South Fremantle Football Club’s men’s program.
Elly graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia and is currently completing her Master of Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University. She has undertaken advanced training in concussion management and has particular interests in sports injuries, bone stress injuries, female athlete health, adolescent athletes, and safe return to sport following concussion.
Whether working with elite athletes, active individuals or those simply wanting to move with less pain, Elly enjoys building genuine relationships with her patients and empowering them throughout their rehabilitation journey. She believes the best outcomes come from understanding each person’s goals, challenges and motivations, and tailoring treatment to support long-term success.
Outside of physiotherapy, Elly enjoys walking, strength training and spending time with family and friends.
