Jessica, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, earned her Post Graduate degree in Exercise Physiology in 2013 from the University of Notre Dame. Since then, she has dedicated herself to working with clients of all ages, addressing a spectrum of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, and metabolic conditions.

Her passion lies in cancer rehabilitation, inspired by both extensive research and firsthand client experiences over the past decade. Jessica is deeply committed to utilising exercise as a tool to manage symptoms, support treatment completion, maintain strength and fitness, alleviate fatigue, and enhance mental well-being. This dedication led her to pursue further education, completing a Graduate Certificate of Oncology through ECU, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in the field.

Jessica’s appreciation for movement extends beyond her professional life; she finds joy in activities like running along the coastline, snowboarding, and hiking when she’s not busy caring for her two young children. With Jessica’s expertise and compassion, clients can expect personalised support to help them move better and achieve their unique goals.
