Jayde Thompson

Physiotherapist

Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology - Bsc (Exercise Physiology)
Jayde’s passion for exercise physiology was fuelled by her interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body. She was very active and wanted to combine physiology and exercise. Since graduating from Murdoch University in 2018, she has worked in both gym and clinic settings, gaining valuable experience supporting a diverse range of clients.
Jayde specialises in working with older adults and those managing chronic conditions such as osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. I also enjoy helping individuals achieve specific functional or sporting goals through personalised strength and conditioning programs.
Her philosophy is simple: she takes the time to listen. By understanding your concerns and goals, Jayde creates a tailored exercise program that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. Her aim is to make exercise a realistic and enjoyable part of your lifestyle.
Jayde is committed to ongoing professional development and has expanded her expertise in areas like musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management, strength & conditioning, and diabetes care.
Outside of clinic when Jayde is not working, you’ll often find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen, snorkelling, standup paddle boarding, or tearing up the track in a go-kart. She is also a Formula 1 enthusiast and loves relaxing with a good book.
