With a lifelong passion for movement and sports, Issy is dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical well-being through expert, evidence-based exercise interventions. She holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Science, Exercise & Health Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Western Australia. To further enhance her expertise, Issy also completed a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, allowing her to integrate cutting-edge movement strategies into rehabilitation and performance training.

Issy has extensive experience working with individuals facing disabilities, chronic diseases, and mental health conditions, with a strong focus on early intervention. She believes in the power of movement to enhance physical, psychological, and social well-being, tailoring personalized programs that empower clients to move freely and without pain.

With a compassionate, client-centered approach, Issy is committed to helping people live healthier, more active lives—whether it’s overcoming injuries, managing chronic conditions, or improving overall mobility.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her exploring the outdoors, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family.
