Aaron is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a diverse background in sports science and biomechanics. His journey began at The University of Western Australia, where he studied Sports Science before delving into biomechanics and completing his PhD, focusing on three-dimensional upper-limb motion analysis in cricket and clinical applications.

With a wealth of experience working with Olympic athletes, clinical patients, and paediatric populations worldwide, Aaron’s expertise spans a wide spectrum. He further honed his skills by obtaining a Post-Graduate Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Murdoch University.

Aaron’s approach to exercise physiology is client-centered and holistic, grounded in evidence-based research. He empowers individuals to achieve their goals by incorporating functional-based methods tailored to their unique needs. Aaron places a strong emphasis on education, ensuring clients understand their conditions and management pathways for future self-care.

Focusing on musculoskeletal conditions, Aaron aims to optimise function, enhance performance, and prevent injuries. He is certified in delivering GLA:D Australia programs for hip and knee osteoarthritis and has a keen interest in neurological conditions, motor skill development, and exercise for cancer patients.

Beyond the clinic, Aaron shares his knowledge as a biomechanics lecturer at The University of Western Australia. He enjoys outdoor activities and coaching kids’ sports teams, with a particular love for floorball and cycling.
