Our Run Assessments

Our PRO running assessments are designed to analyse your running technique and biomechanics, offering personalised strategies to enhance performance, prevent injury, and optimise efficiency.
Our team of qualified physiotherapists—Lisa, Chris, Sorcha, and Emily—blend their passion for running with expertise gleaned from world-renowned researchers. With a thorough musculoskeletal screening, discussion of injury history and goals, and video analysis, we pinpoint areas for improvement. We then craft individualised strength and conditioning programs to address biomechanical issues, along with tailored running plans integrating technique changes and conditioning.
The Run Assessment Process
- Book in for a Running Assessment online or with our reception team
- On the day, wear some running kit and bring the shoes (can be multiple pairs) that you normally run in
- Full musculoskeletal screen, discussion of previous/current injury history and running goals / events
- Video Assessment of Running technique and biomechanics
- Education and correction of technique
- Based on musculoskeletal screen and video analysis, an individualized strength and conditioning program may be given to improve biomechanical issues
- Running plan on how to incorporate both technique changes and strength and conditioning
