Postnatal assessment

We recommend a postnatal assessment from 6 weeks post-delivery to address any issues, prevent injuries, and safely resume exercise and sexual activity.

Join our diverse range of mums & bubs exercise sessions, including mat-based, equipment, and gym-based classes. After your postnatal assessment, you’ll be welcomed into a class suitable for your fitness level and post-pregnancy body.
