Sarah graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from Curtin University. Her desire to become a physio was driven by her own personal injuries and experiences as an athlete, having been a competitive swimmer since a young age.
Sarah enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries but has a particular passion for sporting injuries, of both high level and recreational athletes. She especially enjoys treating shoulders, knees, and ankles due to her background in national level swimming and state netball. She also loves treating children and adolescents and has lots of experience working with junior level athletes.
Sarah is currently the Head Physiotherapist for the East Perth WAFLW Rogers Cup team. Outside of this she also has experience working in the WA State Netball League, WAFL, Swimming and State Basketball. Sarah is also an accredited Australian Strength and Conditioning Coach and has experience working in a high performance environment.
Sarah uses a wide range of treatments including manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, taping and has a large focus on exercise to get patients back to doing what they love and achieving their goals! Sarah has also undertaken further training and in Clinical Pilates and enjoying guiding patients through Pilates sessions for both rehab and general exercise.
In her spare time, you’ll find Sarah at the pool or in the gym, having competed at the Australian Olympic Trials for swimming in 2024, her next challenge is a solo swim to Rottnest!
