Bec is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a background in Exercise & Sports Science and Clinical Exercise Physiology from Murdoch University. Since graduating, Bec has worked extensively with clients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, particularly within the workers’ compensation scheme, and has also focused on improving strength and balance in older adults.

Passionate about the transformative power of exercise and movement, Bec draws from her own history in netball and physical activity to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. She believes in the holistic benefits of physical activity for both physical and mental wellbeing.

Bec’s professional interests lie in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic conditions like Diabetes and Osteoporosis. She is dedicated to providing personalised care that empowers clients to maintain a high quality of life.

Outside the clinic, Bec enjoys staying active through netball and spending time with her niece and nephews. She also values relaxation with a good book and socialising with friends.
