Lisa Glover

Director & Senior Physiotherapist

Lisa’s journey into physiotherapy began with a personal experience—a timely intervention that resolved her own back pain just in time for a national diving competition. Inspired by this transformative moment, Lisa pursued her passion, graduating from Notre Dame University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2006 and then immediately immersing herself in private practice.

In 2011, Lisa embarked on a global adventure, settling in London where she honed her skills in functional rehabilitation. Focusing on understanding the intricate relationship between injury, movement patterns, and joint/muscle loading, Lisa enhanced her expertise. Additional training in running rehabilitation enabled her to fine-tune techniques for individuals ranging from beginners to ultra-marathon runners.

Lisa returned to Perth in 2014 to partner with Graeme and Amanda in building a clinic centred on the seamless integration of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation for optimal patient care.

With a focus on empowering her clients, Lisa delved deeper into her field, obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2019. This advanced education paved the way for prestigious opportunities, including working with national gymnastics teams and the Australian Hockey Program.

Joining the medical team at West Coast Fever in 2021 as a Sports Physiotherapist marked another milestone in Lisa’s career, culminating in a championship win in the 2022 Suncorp Super Netball season. Lisa has provided physiotherapy services for the Australian Men’s and Women’s Hockey programs and continues to work weekly with these athletes for pilates rehabilitation in the lead up to the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Lisa’s zest for motion extends beyond her professional pursuits—whether running, hitting the gym, a game of floorball, or wrangling her two young daughters, she embraces an active lifestyle. Notably, she achieved a personal milestone by completing the New York Marathon in 2015 & teamed up for the Port to Pub in 2024. Trust Lisa to guide you towards restoring normal and functional movement, empowering you to lead a life in motion.
