Kendall Scales

Senior Physiotherapist

B. Physiotherapy

Kendall graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2010 and has been dedicated to private practice ever since. In 2014, she moved to London where she worked as both a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, later managing four busy central London clinics.

Kendall has a strong sporting background, having competed in water polo and netball, which fuelled her early interest in shoulder and throwing injuries. She also enjoys managing spinal conditions, including chronic neck and back pain, and has a particular interest in treating headaches. More recently, her own participation in endurance events such as marathons and triathlons has deepened her expertise in sports rehabilitation, prehabilitation, and helping athletes stay injury-free.

It was during her time in the UK that Kendall recognised a significant gap in the support and treatment available for women’s health. She pursued specialist training with the Pelvic, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) Society in the U.K., completing advanced courses in pregnancy-related physiotherapy, urinary dysfunction, and menopause care.

After almost a decade abroad, Kendall returned home to Perth with her young family, bringing with her a wealth of international experience. She is passionate about empowering women through every stage of life, blending her expertise in women’s health with her broader musculoskeletal and sports knowledge.

Education and collaboration are central to Kendall’s approach. She ensures her patients understand their condition and treatment plan, combining hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programs to build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
