Josie Harris

Physiotherapist

Josie, a graduate from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) in 2021, brings a passion for managing sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, alongside a dedication to neurological and amputee rehabilitation.

Her journey into sports and rehabilitation was sparked during her time as a sports trainer for the Peel Thunder Football Club and Piara Waters Football Club, where she honed her skills and nurtured her love for aiding athletes of all levels in their recovery and performance. Currently, she serves as the primary physiotherapist for the Peel Lightning Netball Club, furthering her expertise in sports-related injuries.

Beginning her career in a community-based practice, Josie provided physiotherapy services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), working with diverse clients across all age groups. This experience broadened her skill set and deepened her passion for neurological and amputee care.

Josie adopts an evidence-based, holistic approach to rehabilitation, striving to help individuals achieve optimal function in their respective pursuits, whether it’s excelling in sports or navigating the challenges of neurological or amputee rehabilitation.
