James Pash

Physiotherapist

BSc. Physiotherapy

James moved from Tasmania to study at Curtin University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Having played a variety of sports, James has firsthand experience with the challenges that injuries can bring, which ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. He developed a strong interest in understanding how the body adapts to training and how we can build resilience against injury through movement and strength training. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find him strength training, camping, or surfing.

James has extensive experience in the return-to-sport setting, having worked with local soccer and football teams for the past seven years. Through this involvement, he has developed experience managing a wide range of sporting injuries, including ACL and meniscal injuries, tendinopathies, muscle strains, and ankle sprains. He has a particular interest in concussion management, return-to-run programming, and biomechanical running assessments.

To complement his concussion management expertise, James has undertaken further training in vestibular physiotherapy, helping people experiencing dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, and persistent post-concussion symptoms.

James understands the frustration that injuries can bring and is passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy. He aims to ensure his patients feel listened to, understood, and supported while working towards their rehabilitation goals.
