Graduating from Dublin City University in 2013 with a degree in Athletic Therapy and Training, Greg furthered his education at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, earning an honors degree in Physiotherapy in 2016.
Greg’s professional journey commenced at the prestigious Sports Surgery Clinic, renowned for its expertise in sports-related injuries and orthopaedic issues. Here, he cultivated extensive experience in sports rehabilitation, integrating high-level strength and conditioning principles to optimise client function and performance.
Transitioning to private practice outside Dublin, Greg expanded his scope to encompass musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation in diverse settings, including nursing homes and Pilates classes. His quest for growth led him to New Zealand in 2019, where he honed his Pilates skills at Auckland Physiotherapy and furthered his expertise in clinical rehabilitation.
Determined to enhance his clinical prowess, Greg pursued a Post-Graduate degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2023. Here, he refined his manual therapy techniques and pain management skills, focusing on persistent musculoskeletal disorders like low back and neck pain.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Greg practices what he preaches, maintaining an active lifestyle. A seasoned athlete, he has competed nationally and internationally in athletics. His favourite forms of motion include Gaelic football, golf, surfing, running, and hitting the gym.
