Dane, a seasoned podiatrist, obtained his Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry) from Charles Sturt University in 2012. After gaining experience in private practice in Wollongong and the NSW Southern Highlands, he established his own practice in the Wollondilly Shire. During this period, he honed his skills in custom foot orthotics using computer-aided design and manufacturing processes, operating a commercial-grade CNC router to craft orthotics for his patients.

Dane’s commitment to professional development led him to pursue extensive postgraduate studies. He became a qualified podiatric surgical assistant in 2019 and completed certifications in advanced life support, medical laser safety, radiation safety, and cannulation and venepuncture. Recently, he earned a Master of Science degree in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh.

With a passion for education, Dane spent time teaching anatomy and nail surgery at the University of South Australia in 2022. He has presented at State and National Podiatry events hosted by the Australian Podiatry Association. Currently based in Perth, Dane continues his surgical training at the University of Western Australia while working part-time at Momentum Sports Podiatry within PROmotion Health. He enjoys all aspects of general podiatry, particularly orthotic therapy for musculoskeletal injuries and in-room minor surgical procedures for ingrown toenails and plantar warts.
